13 Audiobooks, 2 Writing Lectures, and a Minecraft Movie

Every day this week, I’ve had a different voice in my ear. Authors, thinkers, investors, entrepreneurs, poets, and even time travelers. It’s part of my ongoing experiment. How much clarity, perspective, and wisdom can I absorb while managing school, family, work, and writing? Turns out, quite a bit. In the past seven days, I finished 13 audiobooks, watched two writing lectures from Brandon Sanderson’s 2025 series, and even took the kids to see the Minecraft Movie. Where Would I Be If I Had Known?

Stop for a moment. Where would my life be if I had known, truly known, that I held this much desire to write? What might I have worked on if I had realized earlier that this is where I would end up. Compelled to share my thoughts, ideas, opinions, and stories? It’s easy to feel the weight of lost time. To look back and tally the hours I might have spent writing instead of wandering, unsure.
